    How do I order my badge?

    Can I buy my ticket on site?
    Ticket offices are open from 9am on Tuesday 20 March, at the event entrance.
    To avoid queuing, we recommend that you reserve your entrance ticket now on our website, under the “Badge” tab.
    Do I need to print my e-ticket?
    Print your e-ticket to show to the steward at the event entrance.
    Is my ticket valid for several days?
    A ticket is valid for the whole event (4 days).


    I have received an invitation code: how do I order my free badge?
    On the “Badge order” tab, enter your code in the left-hand field, “visitor provided with a badge”.


    How do I visit the event as a student?
    Only from midday on 23 March.
    Go to reception and register with a steward.

    Entrance conditions:
    Free entry on presentation of a student card to a reception steward.
    Minimum two years of higher education already completed
    Suitable dress required.
    Maximum group of 8 with accompanying guide.


    How can I visit as a job seeker?
    Only from midday on 23 March.
    Free entry on presentation of current substantiating job-centre documentation to a reception steward.
    Go to reception and register with a steward.

    What should I do if I do not receive a confirmatory e-mail after ordering my badge online?
    Please contact customer services.
    What is the visitor area for?

    • Print your e-badge.
    • Invite colleagues.
    • Sign up for conference sessions or check which ones you are signed up for.
    • Contact exhibitors before the event via the multimedia platform .
    • Print your invitation letter for a visa application.

    What are the opening times?
    Find practical information regarding the opening and closing hours.

    How do I get to the event?
    Find practical information regarding transport to the site (metro, bus, taxi or bicycle).
    Is there a late opening evening? Is there parking near the event?
    Find practical information on parking.
    Is there a left-luggage office or cloakroom?

    Can I make cash withdrawals at the event?
    A cash machine is available 24 hours a day in Hall 6 of the Villepinte exhibition centre.


    How can I get a letter of invitation for my visa application?
    SITL Europe will support you in your visa application process!
    Please follow the following procedure:
    • Order your badge directly on our website.
    • Request your letter of invitation in your confirmation message.
    • Print it and include it in your application at the French Embassy in your country
    (SITL Europe is in no way liable for the awarding or refusal of visas).
